Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return the item to us in its original condition by an insured and signed for carrier complete with all labels and a returns form within 7 days of receipt. If the garment has been exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up the item will not be liable for a refund. Please notify us via e-mail of the carriage tracking number.
After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on the receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Eden Clothing is not liable for the cost of returning the item(s).
Please note that the refund policy above applies only to online store. A seperate policy applies to all items purcahsed at the main eden store.
Shipping Details
All our items are posted using special delivery. This insures the item and often guarantees next day delivery.
UK Purchases
All UK purchases are exempt from postage and packaging.
ECC – Excluding UK
For all ECC countries the cost of postage and packaging will be £10.00.
International – Excluding ECC
For all International countries the cost of postage and packaging will be £15.00.
